What is SHIM e-Learning Management Systems?
The SHIM e-Learning Management Systems is a blended learning system designed to support Face-to-face and online learning environments to foster knowledge-sharing and professional development for authorized users. The system facilitates the integration of traditional and online learning, enhancing interaction and collaboration among users while ensuring continuous engagement with course content and instructors.
The SHIM E-Learning Management Systems was formulated from its members S-Suci, H-Hendra, I-Indra and M-Michael.

Facilitate Synchronous and Asynchronous Learning. The SHIM E-Learning Platform aims to support both face-to-face and online learning environments. It provides tools for live sessions such as video conferencing, chats, etc. while also allowing students to access and engage with course materials at their convenience.
Enables interaction between lecturers/teachers and students. The SHIM E-Learning Platform encourages meaningful interaction between lecturers and students through discussion forums, messaging, and feedback systems. The systems help users to collaborate, ask questions and inquire in a learning environment.
Manage Materials, Assignments, Quizzes and Discussion. The SHIM E-Learning Platform provides platform for lecturers to upload and manage various learning materials such as videos, documents, PDFs, online resources using link etc., assignments, and quizzes. Students can access all those materials in proper time.
Provides Features for Tracking Student Learning Progress. The SHIM E-Learning Platform includes tools to monitor student progress through their dashboards such as assignment completion, quiz scores, etc. This ensures that both students and lecturers can track progress and identify areas for improvement in real-time.
